Mushrooms - Burgundy

Ingredients

  • 1 # white button mushrooms
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 C Burgundy or other dry red wine
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 boiling water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/4 tsp dill seed
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in stock pot. Bring to boil then simmer covered 6 hours. Uncover and cook another 3 hours.
