Ingredients

  • SPAGHETTI

  • 1/4

    cup olive oil

  • 1

    tablespoon minced garlic

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1

    tbs fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL. Cook the spaghetti according to directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a large nonstick skillet, add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, cook on low just until it begins to turn brown. Remove skillet from heat. Spoon cooked pasta into skillet; toss and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Divide among individual pasta dishes.
