Butterscotch Squares

Ingredients

• Base:
• 1 c flour
• 1/2 c butter
• 1/4 c sugar
• top:
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c coconut - dessicated
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Cooking time 30mins

Preparation

Step 1

For base:
Rub butter into flour and sugar. Press flour base into 8 x 8 pan. Bake for 10 mins at 350. Let cool.

For Top:
Beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix to a nice consistency. Pour over the base and bake for 20 mins. At 350.

Cut when warm.
