Dark Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 package (18.25oz.) Devil's Food Cake Mix
• 1/4 cup strong coffee at room temp.
• 3 Tbs. butter, melted
• 1 Tbs. water
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate mini-chips
• Cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with a mixer at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in mini-chips. Drop by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 11 minutes or just until set. Let stand in pans fpr 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
