Peas and Greens

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 (15 oz) can field peas with snaps (drained)
  • 1 (14 oz) can collard greens (undrained)
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
