Ingredients
- 2 #10 cans Hunts ketchup
- 1 can water
- 5 rounded tablespoons salt
- 2 rounded and 1 level tablespoons garlic and onion powder.
- 2 rounded and 1 level tablespoons thyme and oregano
- 1 heaping tablespoon cumin
- 4 level tablespoons black pepper
- 2 level tablespoons red pepper
- 2 cups Worchestershire (topped off cups)
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup liquid smoke
- 10 to 12 bay leaves
