Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 4oz. package crumbled blue cheese
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 3 Tbs. lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Cover and store in the refrigerater.
