  • Pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/4 tsp. asian sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Siracha
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar

Step 1

Toss cabbage with salt &pepper. Whisk remaining ingredients until smooth. Taste, add more salt if needed. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, toss to combine. Serve now, or chill for a few hours, then toss again before serving.
