Ingredients
- 4 cups coleslaw or broccoli, or both (bagged)
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbs. seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/4 tsp. asian sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. Siracha
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Toss cabbage with salt &pepper. Whisk remaining ingredients until smooth. Taste, add more salt if needed. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, toss to combine. Serve now, or chill for a few hours, then toss again before serving.
