Lemon Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the cake mix, egg, and oil until crumbly. Remove one cup and set aside. Spread remaining mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice and spread over the baked mixture.
Sprinkle with the reserved cake mixture.
Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes.

Let cool and cut into squares.
