Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1.2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Boil all ingredients until reduced to 1/3, about 18 minutes. Drizzle over salmon, chicken, or any meat.
