Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1.2 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
Preparation

Boil all ingredients until reduced to 1/3, about 18 minutes. Drizzle over salmon, chicken, or any meat.
