Ingredients
- 2 cups canned sweet potatoes
- 4 fine cut green onions
- 1.5 cup fine cut celery
- 4 mashed hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayo (4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup mustard (5 oz.or less)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Drain liquid from potatoes, mash and combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
