Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups sliced potatoes
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Boiled ribs or chicken
  • 1.5 cups water or more
  • Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt, baking powder and water to make a heavy batter, enough to roll out. Roll to ½-1” thick and cut into diamond shapes. Place a layer of ribs in broth, then a layer of batter, then a layer of potatoes. Add parsley flakes.
