- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped white onions
- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil (7.5oz)
- Salt and pepper

Blend together the vinegar, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic & chopped white onions. Slowly add in olive oil until it is emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste.
