Mashed Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 4 Large white potato peeled chopped and cooked
• 2 large sweet potato " "
• 1 tub chive and onion dip
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
• 1/4 cup parma cheese
• 1/4 cup double cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

In separate bowls cream potatoes until smooth. Add 1/2 of dip and sour cream to each bowl. In sweet potatoes add 1/2 of cheddar cheese. In white potatoes mix 1/2 parma Mix well.

In baking dish layer potatoes starting with white potatoes,sweet, white, sweet. Bake for 15 mins, then spread remaing cheeses on top and reheat until melted.
