Ingredients

  • 2

    cups chocolate chips

  • 1

    cube butter, cut up

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 6 oz can (3/4 cup) evaporated milk

  • 10

    large marshmallows, cut up

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1

    cup chopped nuts (I use toasted almonds)

Directions

Put chocolate chips and butter in large mixing bowl and set aside. Bring to boil in a heavy pan the sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows. Boil for exactly 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into bowl with chocolate chips. Stir until chips melt. Add vanilla and nuts. Poured into buttered square dish and cool. DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 9X13 PAN
