Ingredients
- Crust: 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 Tbsp cold milk, 1/2 cup oil
- Filling: 4-6 cups sliced apples (10-11), 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Topping: 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Mix and pat into bottom and sides of 9" pie pan. (Do not roll out.)
Filling: Mix & toss with the apples, pour into unbaked pie shell.
Topping: Mix with fingers until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of the pie.
Place pie in brown paper bag -- fold end to seal. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. No peeking!
