    White or Yellow Onion

  • 1

    lb Ground Beef

  • 3-4

    cloves chopped garlic

  • 3

    Gravy Cubes or Beef Cubes

  • 2

    Tblsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1-2

    Tblsp A1

  • Diced Carrots

  • Potatoes - Mashed Potatoes for Top

  • Chedder cheese


Chop white or yellow onion and saute. Add 1 lb Ground Beef and cook. Drain off Fat. Add 3-4 cloves chopped Garlic Add gravey to ground beef (cubes) Add 2 Tblsp Worcestershire so it's thick with gravey and w. sauce. Add 1-2 Tblsp A1 sauce and mix until thick. Add chopped carrots and cook. Let cool. Make mashed potatoes (potatoes, butter, milk, salt). Add mashed potatoes to top of beef mixture and make cross hatch with fork. Grate chedder cheese on top and put under broiler until crispy.
