Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 1 c goat milk
- 1/4 c light corn syrup
- 1 TBL butter
- 1 lb chocolate or white chocolate almond bark coating, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla or maple flavoring
- Choped nuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan combine sugar, milk and light corn syrup, bring to a bowl. Cook to almost softball stage. Remove pan from heat and set in a bowl of cold water until mixture becomes thick around the edges. Add butter and almond coating, stir until glossy. Add vanilla or maple flavoring. Add nuts if desired
