CREAM SOUP BASE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat dried milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and store in an air tight container. When you are ready to make the soup, put 2 cups water and the soup mix in a large saucepan and cook over med-heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add the remaining ingredient of your choice and cook until done. If the soup is too thick, add more water. Season to taste.
