Summer Steak Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3 T. honey
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 1/2 t. ginger
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb. beef stew cubed
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 onions, wedged
  • 1 red pepper, chunked
  • 1 green pepper, chunked

Preparation

Step 1

In large plastic bag combine first 6 ingredients, add steak. Seal bag and turn to coat for 8 hours or overnight. Place on skewers, grill over medium heat for 12-14 minutes.

Serve over rice.
