Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 8 green onions, chopped {white part only}
  • 10 oz. frozen green peas, thawed, drained
  • 1 cup Mayo {8oz}
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley
  • 2 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Place lettuce in a large clear bowl. Top with a layer of celery, then the red pepper, the scallions and peas.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and parsley. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over peas. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
