Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 8 green onions, chopped {white part only}
- 10 oz. frozen green peas, thawed, drained
- 1 cup Mayo {8oz}
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley
- 2 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Place lettuce in a large clear bowl. Top with a layer of celery, then the red pepper, the scallions and peas.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and parsley. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over peas. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
