Ingredients
- 2 onions cut up
- 1/2 head garlic peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 chicken breasts cut up
- 1-2 Tblsp veg or grapeseed oil
- 2-3 big spoonfuls of Ghee
- Coriander - a few chopped sprigs
- 2-3 spoonfuls of plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 big spoonful korma paste
- sweetened shredded coconut (1/4 bag)
- 1-2 spoonfuls of coconut milk
- a couple of strands of sarron
- a little heavy cream to finish
- Spicy sauce: onion, lemon juice, cucumber, salt, coriander blended.
- Yogurt sauce: 1 bulb garlic, 1-2 cups plain nonfat yogurt, 1 Tblsp coriander, little salt - food processor.
