Ingredients

  • 2 onions cut up
  • 1/2 head garlic peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 chicken breasts cut up
  • 1-2 Tblsp veg or grapeseed oil
  • 2-3 big spoonfuls of Ghee
  • Coriander - a few chopped sprigs
  • 2-3 spoonfuls of plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 big spoonful korma paste
  • sweetened shredded coconut (1/4 bag)
  • 1-2 spoonfuls of coconut milk
  • a couple of strands of sarron
  • a little heavy cream to finish
  • Spicy sauce: onion, lemon juice, cucumber, salt, coriander blended.
  • Yogurt sauce: 1 bulb garlic, 1-2 cups plain nonfat yogurt, 1 Tblsp coriander, little salt - food processor.
