Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb whitefish fillet
  • 1/4 c Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 T low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 c dry white wine
  • 2 T sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Place fillet in shallow dish. Mix together mustard , soy sauce and wine. Pour evenly over fish. Marinate, covered with plastic wrap, for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to cook, prepare charcoal grill or pre-heat oven to broil. Remove fish from marinade and discard marinade. Place fillets on foil-covered hot grill or broiler pan about 4-inches from heat or coals, with grill overed. Top with sesame seeds. Cook for appromimately 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily, turning once durning cooking
