Ingredients
- 2 # Cube Steak Cut Bite Size
- Garlic Powder to Taste
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Paprika to Taste
- 1 C Flour
- 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
- 2 Envelopes Brown Gravy Mix
- 2 C Cold Water

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly Sprinkle Both Sides Steak with Garlic, Salt & Pepper. Then Dredge in Flour.
Large Skillet Medium/High Heat Add Oil & Steak Brown Both Sides.
9x13 Pyrex Dish Sprayed, Add Steack in Single Layer.
Small Bowl Whisk Gravy per Instructions. Pour Over Steak & Cover with Foil.
350F Oven, Bake One Hour, or Until Bubbly. Stir if Needed.
Sides: Mashed Potatoes or Rice.
