Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 20 Button mushrooms
  • 4 scallions, green tops only
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbs butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Dice mushroom stems, garlic and green scallion tops finely. Place in mixing bowl with bread crumbs, cheese, and soy sace. Pour melted butter over this mixture and stir thoroughly. Spoon stuffing mix into mushroom caps and place them on lightly oilded baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins.
