  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate-blueberry juice or cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or pineapple sherbet

Preparation

Step 1

Combine banana, berries, milk, juice, and yogurt in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
