• Chop Fine:
• 1 small head cabbage
• 3 carrots
• 1 green pepper
• 1 medium onion
• Boil Together:
• 1 cup vinegar {8oz}
• 1 cup sugar {7oz}
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon celery seed
• 1 teaspoon salt

Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture while hot, then chill.
