CHOCOLATE OATMEAL NO-BAKE COOKIES {janine}

  • 2 cups splenda
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder {1.5oz}
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup skim milk {4.25oz}
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal {9oz}
  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter {5oz} {opt}

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan. On med-heat, bring to a boil for 1 full minute. Remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter {opt}, vanilla and oatmeal.

Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
