Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temp
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs room temp
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks or chips
- 1 cup toberone chopped into chunks

Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugars. Addeggs , one at a time mixing until well combined and scraping down the sides from time to time. Stir in vanilla.
In a separate medium sized bowl shisk tgether the flour salt, baking powder and baking soda. This will ensure they are evenly distributed and lumped free.
On low speed gradually add the flour mixture to the butter-sugar mixture. You may need to switch to a stiff spatula as mixture will be very thick.
Stir in chocolate and toberone.
On parchment lined baking sheets drop batter by tablespoonful, leaving 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until just golden around the edges.
Cool for 2 mins before transferring.
