Fresh Blueberry Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 2 T. flour
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 1/2 C. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 9" unbaked pie shell
  • 3 T. flour
  • 3 T. butter
  • 3 T. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 5 minutes at medium speed. Fold in blueberries and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top of pie. Bake 10 minutes more.
