Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts, Boneless/Skinless, Wash & Dry
- Sea Salt
- 1/2 C Creamy French Dressing
- 1/2 T Celery Salt
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs Diced
- 3/4 C Sweet Relish, Drained
- 1/2 C Celery Chopped
- Optional: 1/2 C Walnuts or Pecans Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Large Pot Medium/High Heat with Water & Sea Salt, Cook Chicken. Remove Let Cool & Chop Coarse.
Mix Chicken, Dressing & Celery Salt in Container with Cover. Refrigerate One Hour.
Remove, Add Remaining Ingredients & Mix Well.
Salt & Pepper to Taste.
Serve as a Sandwich, Pita Pocket, Bed of Lettuce or Crackers.
