Ona's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, Boneless/Skinless, Wash & Dry
  • Sea Salt
  • 1/2 C Creamy French Dressing
  • 1/2 T Celery Salt
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs Diced
  • 3/4 C Sweet Relish, Drained
  • 1/2 C Celery Chopped
  • Optional: 1/2 C Walnuts or Pecans Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Large Pot Medium/High Heat with Water & Sea Salt, Cook Chicken. Remove Let Cool & Chop Coarse.

Mix Chicken, Dressing & Celery Salt in Container with Cover. Refrigerate One Hour.

Remove, Add Remaining Ingredients & Mix Well.

Salt & Pepper to Taste.

Serve as a Sandwich, Pita Pocket, Bed of Lettuce or Crackers.
