  • Serve with Triscuits; if you can find the deli rye variety, all the better.

Directions

Stack and chop the beef slices into pretty small pieces, then mix into the softened cream cheese. I usually use the 1/3 less fat variety just to feel a bit self-righteous. Mix in the dill pickle relish along with a bit of the pickle juice to loosen the dip to spreading consistency. You can add more or less beef and more or less relish to suit your taste. Serve with Triscuits; if you can find the deli rye variety, all the better.
