Chocolate Toffee Almond Squares

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • Crust
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats (not quick cooking)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 300 grams milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 225 grams Skor toffee bits
  • 1 1/3 cups caramel sundae sauce
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar andbaking soda. Add butter. Reserve 1 1/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining into a greased 13x9 baking pan and bake at 350F for 15-20 mins or until golden.

2. Combine chips, almond and toffee and sprinkle over base. Mix together caramel sauce and flour until smooth; pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved oats on top and bake for an additional 20-25 mins or until golden. Cool before cutting into squares.
