POACHED EGG AND ROASTED GRAPE TOMATOES ON TOAST

  • 4 eggs
  • Roasted grape tomatoes
  • Brioche

Preparation

Step 1

Poach 4 eggs. Slice brioche into four slices to your desired thickness {2”}. Toast. Top toasted brioche slices with a spoon of hot tomatoes, followed by a poached egg. Suggested to serve with my thick cut maple-roasted bacon on the side!
