Ingredients
- 120 g quinoa flour (precooked flour)
- 600 ml milk (plant or not)
- 5 tbsp agave syrup
- 4 tbsp hazelnut purée
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cream of quinoa and cold milk in a saucepan. Cook over low heat and stir constantly until thickened. Add mashed hazelnuts and agave syrup. Give some boost to homogenize the preparation, pour into ramekins and leave to cool. When serving, garnish with chocolate chips, crushed hazelnuts, praline or other
