Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Dash salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. In pan, mix corn syrup, sugar and butter, stirring frequently as you heat to a boil. Cool about 15 mins. Stir in milk, pecans and salt. Store in refrigerator.
