Butter Tarts


You had me at a cup of raisins soaked in Grand Marnier. Pecans add a nice nutty crunch to a rich, sweet filling surrounded by a pastry crust.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c corn syrup
  • 1 c dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c butter room temp
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c raisins, soaked in grand marnier
  • 1/2 c pecans
  • tart shells

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

blend eggs with sugar and corn syrup. add vanilla ang blend butter and salt.

In tart shells add raisins and pecans then fill with filling.

Bake in preheated 350 oven till golden brown.
