  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • One large onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 15 ounce can black beans, drained
  • 15 ounce can pinto beans, drained
  • 15 ounce can white beans, drained
  • 16 ounce jar of salsa

Step 1


Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes, until softened. Add the beans and salsa bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. Makes 8, one-half cup servings.
