Ingredients
- 1 16 oz bag frozen corn, thawed
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream or crème fraiche
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed minced herbs such as parsley, chives and dill
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in medium saute pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, add corn; cook 6 minutes stirring frequently.
Stir in sour cream; cook and stir for 3 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
