Ingredients

  • Boil 2-3 peeled & diced potatoes until cooked; dump out water; add ghee; add sprinkle of cumin; add more ghee; add partial spoonful of curry paste (korma paste); saute with chopped garlic; add spinach (several handfuls and a handful of chopped coriander).
  • Let pilaf rice soak for 4-6 hours; add saffron to water; bring to boil; add a little ghee/butter & salt.
