Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 1 stick or 1/2 cup softened sweet cream butter or 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp. oil of choice
- 2 large eggs fork whipped
- 1 3/4 cup milk of choice soy, rice, almond etc.
- 2 tsp quick dry yeast
- 2 cups Premium Gold® Gluten Free Flax & Ancient Grains All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup gluten free oats finely ground
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder

Makes 10-12 servings.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In electric mixing bowl, mix together first 5 ingredients
3. Whisk together dry ingredients and slowly add to liquid ingredients using low speed for 1 minute, scraping sides as needed
4. Spray loaf pan with oil or line with parchment paper. Oil or flour hands. Options: reserve extra flour to lightly flour dough before placing in prepared pan or scrape directly from mixing bowl into prepared pan.
5. Cover dough with plastic wrap or heavy towels and rest in warm place for 1 hour (over 75 F).
6. Place on center rack and bake at 350 F for 55-65 minutes. For a lighter color, cover with foil tent after 40 minutes.
7. Remove to cooling rack for 30 minutes. Serve with butter, jam or make your favorite sandwich. Wrap leftovers in wax paper, place in storage bag, refrigerate or freeze.
