Pasta Putanesca (Ginny's)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 big bunches of basil, cut-up
  • 1 1/2 cups kalamata olives, smashed
  • whole bulb of garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 2 cups tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a shallow dish. Cover with Saran and put it out in the sun for 5-6 hours.

Heat, and serve over pasta. Enjoy!
