Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemom juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup roasted red peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Process everything except peppers and garlic till smooth. Then add peppers and garlic.
