Ingredients

  • Coating:
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tblsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*
Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and then the dry ingredients. Roll the dough out into balls, then roll the balls into a bowl of cinnamon sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
