Boston Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 3.4 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cup thawed cool whip
  • 1 container chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Bake yellow cake mix according to package directions in 2 8 in round cake pans. Let cool completely.

Beat cold milk and pudding with a whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in whipped topping, let stand for 5 minutes.

Stack cake layers on serving plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers.

Frost with chocolate frosting, refrigerate 1 hour and any leftovers.
