Ingredients
- 2 cup water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbls butter
- 1 4.9 oz box scalloped potatoes
- 1 kielbasa ring
- 1/2 cup slasa
- 2 can green beans, drained
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, heat water, milk, and butter to boiling. Stir in contents of uncooked potatoes and sauce mix pouch. Add sausage and salsa; stir until well mixed. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Stir in green beans. Cover and cook 8 minutes longer or until potatoes and green beans are tender. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
