ORANGE VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake until the ingredients are mixed well.

The dressing will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
