Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 bacon strips, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 8zoz pkg velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 16.3 oz large buttermilk biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium skillet, cook beef, bacon, and onion over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Remove from heat.

Flatten each biscuit into a 5 in. circle. Place cubed cheese down center of each biscuit, spoon beef mixture onto each biscuit. Fold sides and seams over. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
